اس کے بعد ان آلو کو کڈوکاش کر لیں ، پھر بتائے گئے اُپر ساری اجزاء ایک پیالہ میں آلو کے سات مکس مکس کر لیں آلو نگٹس کا مسالہ تیار ہے ۔ نگٹس کا مسالہ بنانے کے بعد جیسے مرزی سائز کی مطابق نگٹس یا بارے / چھوٹے بنائیں ۔

گرم آئل کر لیں اس میں نگٹس ڈالتی جائے گہری بھون کر کے نکالتی جائیں ۔

آپ کے مزیدار آلو نگٹس تیار ہیں ۔

مرچ کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
