اجزاء :

آلو                                    :                   ایک پاوَ 

لال مرچ  پاوَڈر                   :      آدھا  چاےَ کا چمچ 

زیِرہ پاوَڈر، گرم ماصا لحہ    :       آدھا چاےَ کا چمچ 

نمک                                 :       حسبِ ذائقہ

املی کا گودا                       :      آدھا کھا نے کا چمچ 

چاٹ مصالحہ ، ہلدی            :      آدھاچاےَ کا چمچ 

دہی  : آدھا کپ

چنے { اُبلے ہوےَ }            :      آدھا پاوَ 

پیاز                               :      ایک عدد  {باریک کٹی ہوئی }

ترکیب :

            1۔  پین میں آلو کے دو حصے کر کے پانی اور ہلدی ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔

پھر اتار کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں ۔ لال مرچ ،لال کُٹی ہوئی مرچ ،زیرہ پاوَڈر ، گرم مصالحہ ، نمک ،چاٹ مصالحہ ،اور املی ملا لیں ۔

ہلکا سا پانی  کا چھینٹا دے کر پیسٹ سا بنا لیں ۔

اب اس میں آلو مکس کر لیں ۔

             2۔  سرونگ ٹرے میں پہلے اُبلے ہوےَ چنے کنارے کنارے لگا دیں ۔

درمیان میں آلو ، دوسری سائیڈ  پر دہی رکھ کر اس کے اوپر پیاز اور چاٹ مصالحہ چھڑک دیں۔

Ingredients:

Potatoes: One pound

Red Chili Powder: Half a teaspoon

Zero powder, warm ginger: half a teaspoon

Salt: Custom taste

Tamarind pulp: half a tablespoon

Chut spices, turmeric: half teaspoon

Yogurt: half a cup

Gram {boiled}: half a foot

Onion: a number {finely chopped}

Tip:

            1. Boil the potatoes in a pan by adding water and turmeric.

Then take it off and refrigerate. Combine cayenne, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, hot spices, salt, lime spices, and tamarind.

Sprinkle some water and make a paste.

Now, mix the potatoes in it.

             2. In the serving tray, place the first boiled gram edge.

Put potatoes in the center, yogurt on the other side and sprinkle onion and lime spices on top.
